What does event registration include?
Event registration reserves your spot in the event and covers participation, event materials, and organizational resources.
Depending on the event, this may include product allocation, prize support, judges, and venue preparation. Event structure and rewards vary by event and TCG.
Can I cancel or get a refund for an event registration?
All event registrations are final.
Once confirmed, cancellations and refunds are generally not possible.
Event spots, materials, staff (including judges), and prize support are planned and allocated in advance. For this reason, refunds are difficult to process once registration is completed.
- If you are able to transfer your spot to another player, we will assist whenever possible.
- If no replacement player is found, refunds are typically not available.
In exceptional cases involving force majeure (such as illness or other justified circumstances), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

What happens if I can’t attend the event?
If you cannot attend, you will be considered as having forfeited the event and will not be eligible for rankings, standings, or prize distribution.
However, any participation-related materials included with your registration may be collected in store at a later date.
Materials or prizes tied to event performance or placement will not be awarded.
