Is Shipping Free?
No.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
If you purchase pre-sale items with different release dates, you can choose to have them shipped together or separately. For separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at info@universetcg.com to arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, all items will be shipped on the latest release date.
When Will I Receive My Item?
- In-stock items: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-order / pre-sale items: orders are shipped once the product is officially released and available.
If an order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not accept changes or returns after items are shipped.
For in-stock items, cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped by contacting us at info@universetcg.com.
Pre-sale and pre-order purchases are final, and no cancellations, changes, or returns are accepted once the order is confirmed.
What Happens If There Is a Stock Discrepancy?
In rare cases, a stock discrepancy may occur due to inventory errors, limited allocations, or products being reserved for events or tournaments.
If this happens, we will contact you privately before canceling any order. You will be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund
- A replacement product of equal value
- Store credit to be used on future products
No order will be canceled without prior communication.
