Shipping is free for all orders above 300€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you purchase pre-sale items with different release dates, you can choose to have them shipped together or separately. For separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at info@universetcg.com to arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, all items will be shipped on the latest release date.
When will I receive my item?
For pre-sale items, shipping is scheduled to align with the latest product’s release date unless you arrange separate shipments. If you’d like to receive items as they are released, contact us at info@universetcg.com to pay the additional shipping costs.
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I change or return my item?
We do not accept changes or returns after items are shipped.
